Hours: 35 per week
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting, mentoring, and inspiring our care team while delivering outstanding, person-centred care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care, offering reassurance and emotional support, assisting with mobility, and ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and respected at all times.

Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our care team, maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring our residents continue to receive safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.
