An exciting opportunity has arisen for an additional Deputy Director to join an organisation renowned for delivering exceptional standards of care. Working alongside an existing friendly team the post holder will be responsible for the operational success of two of our services together with their Managers.

Balkerne Gardens Trust is a long established not for profit provider of services to older people in Colchester. The Trust cares for and supports around 250 people and employs an equivalent number. The responsibility for both the day to day running and the future of the organisation rests with three people, the Director and the Deputy and whoever is the successful applicant. It is an extremely worthwhile role and one that makes getting out of bed in the morning an easy task!
