Balkerne Gardens Trust is immensely proud of its teams at Cheviot and Freda Gunton Lodge, whose dedication and excellence have been recognised with multiple prestigious Essex Care Sector Awards (The Prospers).
Highlighting innovation and excellence across the care sector, the awards recognised the Trust with four honours: Palliative Care Team of the Year, Prosper Home of the Year (achieving Gold Prosper status), Highly Commended in the Unsung Hero category, and Highly Commended for Prosper Care Home of the Year.
The event brought together care providers from across Essex for a fantastic evening celebrating their achievements and recognising the dedication, commitment, and hard work of care professionals. Building on this success, we are delighted to confirm that Balkerne Gardens Trust has entered the Prosper Awards once again this year. Alongside returning categories, we have also submitted entries for several new awards as we continue to develop, improve, and raise the standard of care we provide
