Eligibility Criteria for Applicants
Applicant must be 65 or over for Freda Gunton Lodge, and adults for Cheviot Nursing Home.
You should live, or have previously lived within the CO postcode area. If not, you may still qualify if a close relative or support network lives locally and moving would help reduce social isolation.
We encourage you to visit your preferred accommodation to meet the team and make sure it’s the right fit for your needs.

As we aspire to provide a home for life, applicants will need to share details of their finances, including income, savings, investments, and any property owned. You should be able to fund your care for at least four years, and ideally for the duration of your stay.
