Balkerne Gardens Trust is recruiting a Clinical Deputy Manager to join the team at Cheviot Nursing Home in Colchester, Essex.

Working alongside the Home Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading and supporting our care team, maintaining excellent clinical standards and ensuring our residents continue to receive safe, compassionate and person-centred nursing care.

A ‘Golden Hello’ of £1000.00 paid in 3 instalments – £250 when you start, £250 on completion of your 6 month probation period, and £500 on your 1 year anniversary

Annual salary: £46,500

A quarterly attendance bonus as a thank you for your reliability and commitment
