Your Views
As a general philosophy, Balkerne Gardens Trust promotes an environment that encourages honest, open communication. All staff are encouraged to have regular conversations with residents and their relatives/representatives and to listen to their views.
Regular tenant/resident meetings take place and Managers seek the views of individuals. Quarterly meetings are held with relatives. More formal consultation takes place annually when views are also sought from our partners in care (GPs, community nurses, practice staff). Both general and individual staff meetings are held regularly.
We welcome feedback and when we receive a complaint or concern, we respond quickly and check with the resident/complainant to ascertain that we have responded to their satisfaction.
